The value he quoted for my estimate was so affordable that I had other work done as well including modernizing light switches and outlets, replacing recessed lighting and two other ceiling fans in my home. They did all of this in half a day! They worked protecting my surrounding furniture and carpet with drop cloths. They cleaned up all dust and debris and hauled away my old ceiling fans.
