  This was my first time using a storage place and Taeshia made it very easy and stress free. Taylor was also very friendly.

  Taylor did a wonderful job in making the rental process quick and painless. He was able to listen and offer several options for my needs. He was super confidant in explaining the online process and forms came before we got off the phone. Within minutes I had everything I needed and my problem was solved. As a first time renter, my experience so far has been excellent.

  Excess Storage is great! I was able to get a unit same day I called. Customer Service was very nice and informative. When I got to the unit I didn't like the location of it and contacted them to get a different one. They called back right away and was able to get me a location I liked better. Highly recommend if in need of storage.

  Looking for a great place to store your extra stuff?! You’ve found it! I was able to find exactly what I needed online, sign up to rent and handle all of the paperwork on line! Was contacted right away by one of the friendly company representatives and had the unit secured in a matter of minutes!! Stopped by to pickup my keys and check out the unit and was very happy to find a very clean, well lit safe space to store my extra stuff! Each and every time that I have had a question I have been answered swiftly and in a respectful manner!!

  This is truely a gem of a hardware store! Old school mom and pop vibe with all the things you need. From grass seed to nuts and bolts. I even found a drawer pull to replace one I'm missing at home. I've been looking for a year for one, the box stores done have it, Google was useless, but Bayer had it in stock!

  If you need bolts go here! What a selection. And the people are wonderful to work with. I'll be coming back here on the future.

  an employee went above and beyond to find some very small screws for me. i told him it really wasnt a big deal, seeing as they were redoing their entire nut and bolt department at the time, and not to worry about it. he insisted they had them. he spent quite a bit of time for a 3 dollar sale. they got a customer for life.
