“Since the remodel this is my first trip back. it was amazing it looks so clean seem very efficient the technology is much more advanced than any other car wash I've ever been to they also have now unlimited washes for a monthly payment which is probably the route that I'm going to go and they have a really cool lava wash which the soap looks like hot lava and it glows red I haven't done this wash yet but the person in front of me did and it looks really cool definitely something cool to do if you have little people under 10 in your car they would get a kick out of it”

“Even when there are a lot of cars in line, it moves quickly and efficiently. The gas never comes out slowly, even when all of the pumps are in use. At their busiest times, an employee will direct cars to the different lines to also help keep things moving. I don't think it has ever taken me more than 15 minutes to complete refueling my car. At Costco, people seem to be patient and wait until both cars in front of them are finished before moving up 2 at a time. This also speeds up the process. Having cars only enter from one side prevents the need to squeeze between cars to get to a pump, jockey for for it with someone coming in the other direction, trying to back into an open spot, or having a "funnel" effect as cars approach and move around in the lot to get the best pump. All of Costco's pumps are equipped with hoses that reach around your vehicle, so there isn't the need to get to a pump on the same side as your fuel tank. It also means there is no frustration if you pull in on the wrong side like most other gas stations. The gas prices are always cheaper than other stations. On top of that, you get money back with your Costco card (even more with their credit card), which can mean if you only use Costco gas stations, the rewards can more than pay for your membership. A win-win in my opinion!!”
