“Working with Christina has been an awesome experience. When I started with her I had severe/chronic pelvic alignment issues which caused a lot of pain and also bulging discs in the lumbar. We started with very basic yoga/stretching/pilates and after 3 or 4 sessions we moved onto the trap/Cadillac table. The progress each week is incredible and the pain has decreased quite a bit, I am back working out daily for the past 6 weeks. Major surgery was something I was considering and when I first started I had low expectations. The progress we have made in 16 weeks has been amazing and exceeded expectations ten fold. I would strongly recommend working with Christina. Her knowledge of the body, specifically the muscles, ligaments, fascia (soft tissue-etc.....) is impressive and the program was very specific to my issue and not just a general workout. We continue to make great progress and I am very thankful for the opportunity to work with her. Mike”
