“Joe and Jason came to our rescue twice in a 3 week time period. Our poor dog got sick and we ended up with "muddy" stains throughout the house after scrubbing and using an upright at-home carpet cleaner. In addition, the smell lingered. I called and Joe came out the next day. He was able to restore our carpets to "like new" condition and leave them sanitized and smelling fresh! I was horrified when we found another dog mess in my son's playroom 3 weeks later. I called looking for suggestions and a price quote. To my surprise, Jason offered to stop by the next day and take care of it! The professionalism and customer service was beyond our expectations.
