This company was able to accommodate me despite their hectic schedule and was really courteous and professional. My garbage disposal is working again thanks to technician. The experience was great overall, and I will gladly recommend them to others.
If I could give more stars I would, I called for my service on my cooktop in the morning and a service tech was at my home one hour after the call, The tech was nice and did a good job! Would recommend.
I ordered a part for my 16 year old range. They were able to get me the needed parts in a matter of 4 days. I'm satisfied!
Service technician was able to diagnose the problem and gave me a fixed quote which was cheaper I got from other appliance repairs companies in Montville Township area. What amazed me the most was he was able to come out a few minutes after my call and had the problem fixed in a timely manner. All of this with a smile. Would not hesitate to call these guys again!
