(December 19, 2021, 12:39 pm)Just completed a room addition to our condo in Wadwsworth.
I had a basic design, but with their expertise with computer modelling the design was comprehensive and easy to understand which allowed us to easily obtain approval of the design from our HOA.
Through out construction from 6/4/2021 to 9/28/2021, communication with Englert or their Project Manager was timely and effective.
Eventough they were working thru then pandemic we never had any delays for material deliveries. Scheduling labor got a little dicey a few times. Eglert has a network of subs with many years of working together and we found all of subs to be excellent, except for the insulator.
Being in a condo complex neatness of the jobsight was important and they did a good job of policing up the area frequently.
It was good experience and a quality job was completed.
I would use them again.

(January 25, 2017, 12:20 pm)We had a difficult Bathroom remodel that Tim's Company performed. The Lead Carpenter did an excellent job working with us and coming up with some creative solutions. I would definitely use them again for significant projects.
(September 10, 2016, 2:28 pm)We would never use any other contractor besides Tim Englert Construction. They remodeled our kitchen and bathroom about 12 years ago. Recently (July 2016) they completed a Master Suite addition to our home. A large bedroom, beautiful master bath and walk-in closet. We are beyond happy with the results. Englert does a great job. You can always be assured the project will turn out beautiful. Jeff was our lead man on this project, and he was SO good to work with - very responsive to our questions/concerns. Their office staff is also very pleasant to deal with. They aren't the cheapest around, but they take no shortcuts, use quality materials, and are very customer service oriented.
(August 2, 2015, 11:51 am)Tim Englert Construction has done several major remodeling jobs in our home, including a complete gutting and remodel of the kitchen, which included a four foot addition. He has also completely replaced all the trim with walnut stained cherry, opened up a wall between the dining room and the front hallway, added crown molding to the dining and living rooms, and added bookshelves and a new mantle in the family room. Other projects completed in my home by Tim Englert Construction include: Complete main bath remodel, completed master's bath remodel with skylight, complete laundry room remodel, and new roof.
During all of these remodeling projects, we have gotten to know Mr. Englert and his team quite well. They are extremely profession, polite, respectful of my home, and always completely clean up at the end of each work day. More importantly, they have a complete and thorough knowledge of home remodeling. From the initial meeting to discuss a design, throughout the remodeling process, to the final outcome, dealing with Mr. Englert and his team has been as stress-free as possible. They have an enormous amount of patience while answering my never-ending questions. And, most important, the final product is absolutely beautiful!
I highly recommend Tim Englert Construction to anyone who is interested in any type of home remodeling project, from big to small.
(July 26, 2015, 10:44 pm)Tim Englert Construction has done several major remodeling jobs in our home over the last 10 years.
The projects have ranged from a complete bathroom remodel, putting in hard wood flooring in 3 rooms and 2 closets, to building a ventilated cigar room.
Tim and his team are thorough in the planning phase, professional and meticulous during the work steps, and take steps to keep the work area contained so that it has not effected other areas of the house.
We have be extremely satisfied with all our projects.
I highly recommend Tim Englert Construction to anyone who is interested in any type of home remodeling project, from big to small.
