I love this gym! I train with Tara and she is incredibly motivating and knowledgeable. The whole staff is friendly, fun, and helpful. There is plenty of equipment and tons of free weights. This gym is definitely my happy place!

I've been training with Lindsey over 5 years! I'm given a workout routine to do on the days I'm not working with her as well as a variety of menus to follow. All of the trainers are extremely helpful, motivating and care about your goals. They are always willing to give the extra push when you need it. The gym is always clean, with a large variety of equipment. The members are always friendly too. The gym is very welcoming to all ages and fitness levels. I love that they offer childcare and tanning. There are no gyms around quite like this one!
