“I've been training with Lindsey over 5 years! I'm given a workout routine to do on the days I'm not working with her as well as a variety of menus to follow. All of the trainers are extremely helpful, motivating and care about your goals. They are always willing to give the extra push when you need it. The gym is always clean, with a large variety of equipment. The members are always friendly too. The gym is very welcoming to all ages and fitness levels. I love that they offer childcare and tanning. There are no gyms around quite like this one!”

“Great place to deal with. Offered to give me a ride home and even a ride to pick the vehicle up. Remote start install only took a couple of hours. Fairly priced with other places I checked. Remote start came with lifetime warranty. Chose to go with the basic package but was informed I could return at any point and pay the difference for the upgrades. Great demonstration on how to use the new system even though I thought I knew it all, he showed me something I didn’t lol. Highly recommend.”
