“Just completed a room addition to our condo in Wadwsworth. I had a basic design, but with their expertise with computer modelling the design was comprehensive and easy to understand which allowed us to easily obtain approval of the design from our HOA. Through out construction from 6/4/2021 to 9/28/2021, communication with Englert or their Project Manager was timely and effective. Eventough they were working thru then pandemic we never had any delays for material deliveries. Scheduling labor got a little dicey a few times. Eglert has a network of subs with many years of working together and we found all of subs to be excellent, except for the insulator. Being in a condo complex neatness of the jobsight was important and they did a good job of policing up the area frequently. It was good experience and a quality job was completed. “This was the easiest auto buying experience I've ever had. Rod was super! I inquired about a 2018 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited JK Sahara late one evening. Rod emailed back first thing the next morning with the info I requested. Answered the phone the first time I called him a couple of hours later for a follow up. We had a deal by lunch. I live 8 hours away and decided shipping it would be my better option. Shipping price with the company he suggested was more than fair and Rod handled it all from his end. My Wrangler arrived the following week within the 1 hour expected delivery time provided the day before by the driver. Overall condition was better than I anticipated as it was based only on photos and speaking with Rod. I'm super happy with my purchase. I got a good price on a quality slightly used Jeep Wrangler, with excellent friendly customer service. Can't ask for more than that. You can bet the next time I'm in the market for a vehicle, my search will start at Axelrod Auto despite being 8 hours away.”

“Black Locust is my favorite stop during the yearly yarn tour in September. I also try to stop by on my trips to Cleveland. The shop vibe is super cost and comfortable. It works perfectly, he said it was checked before being pulled and told me the truck it came from had a cracked frame. Dude is honest, hard working and fairly priced. His yard is about 45 minutes from my home but it was easily worth the drive. It is difficult to find a yard that will deal with you honestly and promptly return phone calls. Mr. Car Parts will have a repeat customer from me. Simply by treating me respectfully and like a valued customer he showed me everything I needed to see. Most junkyard owners are crass, rude, and dismissive. I got none of that here. If you need something, give him a call, you couldn't ask for anything more.”
