I used to live here with my friend for a couple years and it’s amazing! It had full amenities like a dishwasher, oven, microwave, and fridge. The A/C was new and worked great even came with a remote. There is washer and dryers downstairs for public use as well as a laundry mat down the street. Right down the road is a Meijer and plenty of places to eat. The management was great, I just slipped my rent into the management offices mailbox each month. I’d say I paid around $600 after hot water but they don’t make you pay for gas or electric. I enjoyed my time there!

It use to be called Wilmington Creek Apartments back when I lived there. I was 26 at that time. I'm 59 now so it's been a while. That was my very 1st Apartment I ever lived in. Nice 1 bedroom apartment on top floor. Rent at that time was $280. Now I see it's twice that much. I think it's a little over price but that must be market value, anyway it was a nice beginner apartment.
