“I used to live here with my friend for a couple years and it’s amazing! It had full amenities like a dishwasher, oven, microwave, and fridge. The A/C was new and worked great even came with a remote. There is washer and dryers downstairs for public use as well as a laundry mat down the street. Right down the road is a Meijer and plenty of places to eat. The management was great, I just slipped my rent into the management offices mailbox each month. I’d say I paid around $600 after hot water but they don’t make you pay for gas or electric. I enjoyed my time there!”

“I appreciate the new owner getting the place cleaned back up and things working and fixed again. 💛 Unfortunately, the prices for the use of the washers and dryers have went up in price. I believe everything went up $1 more. The washers with the agitators went up from $2.50 to $3.50. The medium front load washers use to be $3.50 and are now $4.50. The large front load washers are now $6.50 when they use to be $5.50 and the extra large front load washers are now $8.50. Dryers, you could put a quarter at a time in. Now the dryers range from $1 - $1.50 for 24min. Depends which ones are available to use due to customer traffic.”

You can also change out or add ingredients to your smoothie. The staff are also usually willing to make a completely customized smoothie as long as they have the ingredients you request. “I had a fender bender over a month ago. My insurance company recommended them. So it was arranged to have my truck towed to them. They did have it for over a month. But with how things are going today. That is to be expected. I am very pleased with my truck. They did an awesome job on it. I believe it looks better now than it did before the wreck. They clean it up inside and out before handing her back to me. The only thing I wasn't happy about but I won't hold it against them. Is they couldn't find a bug shield that would fit my truck. But I was able to and I even installed it myself. Now I just have to be reimbursed by my insurance company for it. But I'm not going to count it against them. Because I feel they made up for it with other things that they did. They were also very friendly and professional. I would have no problem recommending them to someone if they needed their type of service. Thank you all for doing a great job.”
