I ordered Spontaneous Combustion from them and after a couple of weeks and a follow up call the order had still not been placed. I called again and this time the owner answered while he was in the factory. I told him what was going on and not only did he personally fill the order, but he added in a free bottle of his Carribean/Louisiana Special Reserve. Both sauces were phenomenal, can't wait to order more.
