“I've been going to Mound for over 10 years now. I have never had a bad experience there and all the staff, including the front desk staff, have always been courteous and helpful. I mainly see Dr. Ashcraft but have seen others when schedules conflicted, and have always received professional service. The wait times are no better or worse than any other medical practice - the later in the day you go the longer your wait will probably be just like anywhere else. Overall, the place feels like a happier small practice; it's one of the better doctor offices I've gone to across the years.”

When i attended a mom class as a first time young mom i was heart set on findin the perfect pediatrician for my son. They had ones from different places comin in and when Eberhart walked in and was introduced to us all i knew within minutes he was it and he proved true all 18 yrs. All the pediatricians in his practice are just as good. No matter what our visit was for we always knew our child was in the best care ever.”

“We did the Saturday morning walk in. Arrived at 7:30 left at 8:50. From check in, to daughter getting a cast to check out process was quick and smooth. Everybody was super friendly, place was very clean, Doctor was extremely thorough. They all were sensitive to my daughter needs. Always asking her questions making sure her pain was manageable. The location is great!! This is by far the nicest area I have been to when it comes to children’s hospitals. Definitely would be my first choice. The open walk ins were very accommodating. She broke her arm on Thursday wasn’t able to get an appointment until Monday. Saturday worked out better all around for my daughters school schedule and my work schedule. Thanks again to each of you. You went above and beyond to make sure she was taken care of!”
