Since he wasn’t at the office when l came to visit last week for my yearly eye exam for eye glasses and contacts, l had Dr Blair and she was so nice and friendly as well as very informative. “The staff at Spa Tooth Dental is exceptional. They took their time to walk me through each step of the process that was going on, and the doctor was very personable. She laughed with me. She joked with me, but at the same time was able to be serious about my dental plans, and Mandy The receptionist was also very very personable. She made me laugh, made me feel welcomed, and was very open to availability when it comes to meeting my calendar. Their prices are very very very reasonable. They’re working with me to create the smile of my dreams and they’re doing it in a timely fashion. I give Spa Tooth Dental five stars because they’re everything I want and need an a dentistry.”

“I have been a patient of Dr Saleh's since 2007. I have been around as long as Jill in Billing. Lol I have seen the office staff come and go. There have been a couple that I could have rated one star at the highest, but all the others have been top rated with some 5 star ratings. When I found out that Oct 29, 2020, the office was permanently closing, I was shocked and disappointed. I have depended on this clinic and it's staff to keep my pain at a reasonable level so that I could function in my daily life and get a half decent amount of sleep at night. I know I haven't always agreed with their treatments but went along with them and they kept me functioning and kept my pain levels at bay with med assistance. I absolutely love Margaret and will miss her. Her patient care is always on point. Your never just a $ in a room to her. She makes you think she actually cares and understands the pain you are going through daily. That you aren't there for drugs. She knows her medical stuff. Jill has been great through the years. I don't know what is in store for people like myself at the clinic now”

“My husband had to purchase a new phone today to upgrade from an older dated model. We feel confident in coming to this store. We have been coming here for a few years and been Cricket customers for many years. We have always had the best customer service! My husband, not being technically inclined has always been treated with patience and they always take their time explaining everything to him and answer all his questions. They are always friendly and professional. Always willing to make the customer happy! All Cricket Stores should be modeled after this one!”

“Went to Spaghetti -a- Plenty for the first time. Spaghetti was excellent my wife and I both agree on this. We appreciated the garlic bread and salad that was included with this deal as well. Had a wonderful dinner. Here is where they lose a star really should be two. Our server Timothy F. who by the way was also a excellent server brought our check. He had told us meat sauce was a extra .70 cents my wife and I both chose to get the meat sauce. When we get the check it said $3.98 for meat sauce. No big deal we showed it to Timothy and he went back to have it corrected. When Timothy comes back the manager comes with him to inform (more of a lecture) us that meat sauce is now $1.99 but that he had made the adjustment since Timothy made the mistake. Just a real overkill for a issue the server was correcting. When Timothy came back he could have simply say "Hey guys got that taken care of for you. My mistake though. Meat sauce is a $1.99 now". Where the manager thought he needed to come out to the dining room speaking loudly and pretty much making it seem we wanted something for nothing was embarrassing. So not real happy with the experience with that part of it. Again food was delicious, service was great....manager needs a little more training with customer service.”

“i came here for the first time today and had just the best experience. the staff was so friendly, they explained everything so well, more than willing to help with anything i needed, and also offered a free sample of their chocolate. i tasted it and fell IN LOVE immediately. i got a bunch of goodies and i must say , this is now my favorite chocolate. all those name brand chocolates are incomparable to bellbrook chocolate shoppe. i recommend to EVERYONE wanting some good authentic chocolate, and also looking to support a wonderful local family owned business!”

“My wife and I decided to switch from T-Mobile/Sprint Business to AT&T Business. Tried to switch via Customer Service over the phone. A lot of mistakes were made in the transition between carriers and new phones. Went into this AT&T store and every team member was so polite, patient and helpful. Caleb, the Store Manager, went to extreme lengths to get the correct phone ordered for my wife, get our old phones returned and traded in for the maximum value, and get every iota of data from my old phone transferred to my new phone. He advised me on accessories for the new phones. They provided, by far, the best in-person customer service I've ever had from a Wireless Service Provider. AT&T and this store will have us as customers for a very long time!”
