“My son has only attended for two weeks, but so far we’ve been nothing but impressed! About two months ago we reached out to schedule a meeting. Laurie told us all about the school and answered any questions. She gave us the opportunity to visit the classrooms and see how things run. My husband went to a Montessori school as a child, so he experienced a flood of happy memories. It was everything he dreamed of for our active little boy. We returned the next week with our little boy so he could join a class. The staff wanted to see how he fit in. Everything felt good, so we moved forward with enrollment. He’s currently doing day care, but will do preschool this coming fall. Our plan is to do three full days a week (you can do full or half days, 3-5 days a week). To start the process of getting our son comfortable, they like to begin with five days. If possible, they like for one parent to stay with the child so they can leave early (probably a half day to start). This is allowing our son a smooth transition. Every child is different, so things can be adjusted depending on how they handle it. I look forward to posting again later once we’ve spent more time here and learn more. But we love this place so far!!”

“This is my childrens third daycare they have attended and by far one of my top ones. They originally begun when COVID started and the states required daycares to carry a certain license to remain open. Due to the urgency of getting them into daycare so I can continue to work as an essential worker I honestly went with the first daycare who still had openings. I felt they were professional off rip and I love the way they run this place. Their first time attending I would have never known that they had just opened I believe maybe two months prior to that! I pulled my kids and sent them back to their old daycare once they was able to open again, just to pull my kids later on in the year and return back to Tiny Scholars University. This is the first daycare they have attended that actually allows blankets, and your own blankets at that during nap time and my kids love that as blankets are a secure thing for them. My Children and I love every single owner and teacher that has been there, and is currently still working there. I recommended this place to any family and friends looking for daycare in the surrounding area. And my family and friends also love this place when they help with a drop off or pick up 🙂 for just opening maybe two years ago you’d think they’ve been open for about twenty. They have a smooth operation, their very professional, they focus on children needs and education, and understanding. My children learn and grow so much within this daycare.”

“Great adaptive reuse. Climbing in an old church is a unique experience. My friend and I both thought the boulder problems were accurately graded and creative. Minor issues includes lack of auto-belay, extremely old and outdated bathrooms, and having a members-only night seems unnecessary as if we were unlucky to have visited during that day, we wouldn't have been able to enjoy the place. Other than that, we very much enjoyed our time here.”

“My Son graduated from there last year in Cyber Security and Computer Networking. He has a great job and lots of opportunities going through the program. He was in the class when Covid happened and the only thing I wish was different is during his 11th grade year he had a full time experience instead of just coming in to lab one day a week. Thank God he is gifted and also graduated from Vandalia Butler Schools. So his success also was from his teachers, staff, College Credit Plus, conviction and dedication to learn and graduate and gained the skills needed to even overcome Covid 19. They made him a portfolio of all his accomplishments, Got him a job in his field during 12th grade, and a sclorship for college. Would highly recommend.”

“Brandie is a wonderful teacher. She is super patient, talented, and kind. My son always looks forward to seeing her for his lessons. She mixes in a good amount of music theory into her lessons and she gives achievable goals. Brandie supports her students by making them feel comfortable and valued. She and my son have a great rapport and we would recommend her for anyone, at any age, wanting to learn piano.”

“Alexandria Montessori School was an absolute blessing for both my daughters. We transferred from another local Montessori school where one of my daughters was a solid year behind in math and another was denied proper educational attention for her dyslexia. AMS brought both my daughters right up to speed and helped them both love learning again. The teachers are nothing short of incredible, loving, dedicated, talented, knowledgable, and simply THE BEST!”

“I absolutely love Trotwood Early Learning Center! The staff and the teachers are all so lovely & really care about their students. All of my children qualified for preschool at the age of 3 due to (speech delay 'disability') & I'm so happy that I took advantage of the opportunity. It really helped !!! when I send my kids to school I know they're in great hands ❤”

“Both of my children were warmly welcomed to this school. They excelled in all of their studies due to the small class sizes and intimate learning environment. Every staff member I have encountered here both in school and out of was an excellent role model. I couldn't be happier with this institution.”

“Great school. Staff is friendly and caring people. You can tell hands down that they are there for the right reasons. One of the best schools in the area. The teacher's go above and beyond to ensure that each child is given the chance to succeed. They even tutor children who need extra help after school. They ensue relationships with the family and keep them involved in the child's education. This is a plus in my book. I love knowing that my child's teacher is only a phone call or an email away to answer any questions or concern that I may have. Even after hours they are there. Small class sizes, college prep classes, loads of diversity and culture involved in this school, all people from all backgrounds attend you don't have to worry about your child not fitting in. Tons of after school activities, family nights held at school. Hands down the best school I have ever dealt with. Love it and would recommend it to anyone. They do a whole lot with very little. I will always be grateful for all the support and help they provide my daughter and myself when she first started school she had a hard time adjusting they went above and beyond. 4 years later I am just as happy with this school as when we started.”

“I can’t recommend this school enough! These teachers are phenomenal people, excellent educators, and really care about each individual student. Having an opportunity to be taught completely in Spanish is a rare opportunity, especially in this area. Kids can learn languages so much easier than adults, so this is incredible. Not only do they learn the language, but they also grow in empathy and understanding of cultures that differ from their own, in a way that I could never teach them at home! Unfortunately we moved away from Ohio this year and away from this amazing school. But Our oldest is now in first grade and just scored at the 97% level nation wide in both reading and math. I attribute this greatly to her preschool and kindergarten education at DIS!”
