“FANTASTIC PRACTICE!!! This veterinary practice is one of the best I've ever experienced! When I called to make an appointment for my dog, Sarge, the woman whom I spoke with was courteous and professional and provided me with appointment options. Throughout the actual appointment process (due to COVID-19) I was impressed. When it was time for my dog to be taken in, the staff member was extremely professional, courteous and made me feel she cared about my dog. She provided me with a quick overview of how the appointment would go and that the dr. would call me when finished and answer my questions. Dr. Horton did call me, provided me with a detailed review of the exam and took great care to make sure all of my questions were answered. When I picked up Sarge, the staff continued to practice that professionalism and caring, ensure I was given a report of what was done, recommendations and written answers to my questions. Cost was more than reasonable, I feel, for a new patient visit. I can say, without a doubt, that this is our vet from now on and has Sarge's approval as well. Thanks to Dr. Horton & staff! “I chose Choice 1 because they had done work for me in the past and I was very satisfied with it. After the Memorial Day tornadoes, my house sustained damage to the roof and siding. My insurance company did a very superficial inspection and offered a dismal estimate that wouldn't even cover the roof damage. I called 3 different contractors for estimates, including Choice 1. Choice 1 was the ONLY contractor who offered to do a re-inspection walkaround with the insurance company rep. Ray, the CEO of Choice 1, pointed out the actual damage to the insurance guy, and they came up with a much more realistic estimate. Ray agreed to work within the estimate, and helped with all the paperwork necessary to satisfy my insurance and mortgage companies. The work was completed in a reasonable length of time, and they matched the unusual color of my siding perfectly. Both the work and the clean-up were thorough. The workmen were very agreeable. Ray personally did follow-up checks to make sure everything was done as it should be and that no debris was left behind. I can't say enough good things about this contractor. I would definitely recommend Choice 1 for any roofing/siding/gutter jobs.”
