I asked if they could replace the tire that had a nail in it and they said no... insisted I buy four new tires. When I refused to buy the tires, they sent me on my way... with a nail still in the one tire. I went to Hammerhead and not only did they plug the tire. They did it for free. No run around. No trying to sell me something I didn't need. Just good old-fashioned, professional service with a handshake and a smile. I know where I'll take my business the next time I need work done on my car.
