She was so patient with our antsy toddler as she checked us in. She was attentive to our toddler the entire time making sure she was comfortable. She took us back and again the ENTIRE time paying so much attention to our child making them feel safe and distracted to what was going on. She made us first time parents so comfortable as well. She was gentle and caring. Our child didn't even flinch at the poke for the blood draw due to Ami's gentle and kind demeanor. We left with a new stuffy and book thanks to Ami which made the experience even better as my child skipped out of the waiting room to go home. Thank you, Ami for all you do! Once we were done with the shoe shopping experience. We started walking around looking at other thing they had to offer. Even the other employees were Super helpful with any question we had. “My cars suspension was rattling around and I called and asked for an appointment for the next day, the gentleman I talked to was very kind and informative. Later on in the day I called again and asked if I could just drop it off today, so that they could get a head start on the work and the woman I spoke with was on board with the idea. I dropped my car off at 2 pm and by 5 pm I was given a call to inform me my car was ready for pick up! The crew is very knowledgeable, hard working, and exceeded my expectations. Tenfold. Not to mention the cost of the repair was significantly less than what I expected to pay based on the research I conducted before even calling the shop. 2 thumbs up. 10/10. 5 stars.”
