A lot of mistakes were made in the transition between carriers and new phones. Went into this AT&T store and every team member was so polite, patient and helpful. Caleb, the Store Manager, went to extreme lengths to get the correct phone ordered for my wife, get our old phones returned and traded in for the maximum value, and get every iota of data from my old phone transferred to my new phone. He advised me on accessories for the new phones. They provided, by far, the best in-person customer service I've ever had from a Wireless Service Provider. AT&T and this store will have us as customers for a very long time!”

“A nice Mexican restaurant with a large menu that includes some traditional dishes. The dining area seems new and the service was fast and friendly. The food tasted good and was pretty spicy, some dishes might be too spicy if that's not your thing. It was pretty busy when I went but they have a large parking lot and there wasn't a wait to be seated.”

“I am so grateful that I was able to find a one-way rental to get home. My son's car broke down on our way home from Maine, and we were stuck in OH, just west of Dayton. I had very helpful customer service reps on the phone and in-person at the branches. I was able to get in a car and back on the road in about 1 1/2 hours. I would recommend Avis to everyone I know. I also received a discount for being a Costco member.”
