The tech was professional, on time, efficient, personable. When my Walk-in shower was complete, Gynn went over all my paperwork with me and asked if I had any questions.

My bathtub was taken out and a shower was put in. It was done within 2 days. The mess was cleaned up and taken away by the person who did the work. The shower is awesome!!!

From beginning to end, this process of refurbishing our tub/shower combination has been a breeze! Their entire staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Picking out our finishes and extras was a lot of fun too! Ken was our sales representative and Gwyn and company installed our surround. They were great! The end result is something we've been bragging about, and we will shamelessly continue for months to come!

We had a tub taken out and a full shower installed. The shower is amazing and such an improvement! The sales rep was very helpful, and the installer was courteous and quick. He cleaned up after himself and was very professional. We had to have someone come back in and install a molding on the bottom of the glass doors to prevent any water escaping, and this was done very quickly and effectively. We are very pleased with Bath Fitter.
