  Always a friendly staff handling our fur babies. I have taken my fur babies in for surgeries, wellness including for spays for my girl kitten and girl small dog and a neuter for my male cat. They have always kept things affordably reasonable when you consider vet costs in general. Harder to get in from what I know time wise right now in the pandemic but worth the wait if and drive if need be. For emergencies they refer you to nearby places if booked and give resources for contacting if you ask nicely. 10/10 for me. They didnt require a mask inside and the vet saw us in person which is much better than just telehealth visits with the owners that I have heard about lately

  Dr. Tiffany took great care of my little Maltese Muffin. I'm fairly new so what a pleasant surprise to find a beautiful place with great service in little Rootstown, Ohio. Reasonable prices and called me to check on Muffin after surgery.

  Receptionists and veterinarians were all smiling and kind to our Abigail. The veterinarian took her time with our dog. She explained what the symptoms meant and the course of treatment thoroughly. We were given samples of medication for our dog's arthritis and also given two other alternative choices. We would highly recommend this veterinarian hospital.

  For nearly a year, the Rootstown Vet staff did everything they could to help my dog Molly feel comfortable with her congestive heart failure. We were prescribed medication that helped her greatly and prolonged her life with practically no side effects. In the final month, I was able to make emergency appointments to get the fluid drained from her abdomen. And when she died at home, I was able to bring her in and immediately get a private room where my wife and I could say our goodbyes. They were kind, empathetic, and accommodating at every point during this difficult period in our lives. Five stars is the minimum I would rate their services. Amazing people in every way.
