“This company saved me and my wife’s life. We had a rental van that had broken down on the Ohio Turnpike while returning to Illinois. We sat broken down on the shoulder for an hour and a half calling local 24/7 tow companies, none of which answered. This company answered right away and understood the severity of the situation. Within 15 minutes a flatbed was dispatched and we were being picked up. The flatbed driver Dylan looked out for our safety the entire time helping us into the tow truck. He quickly hooked our vehicle and loaded it. We then embarked on our journey to Chicago Illinois. Dylan was super outgoing, friendly, and a positive person to be around in a time like this. He made our trip home very enjoying. Lastly, you would think this trip would cost and arm and a leg but this company was extremely fair.
