“If I could give 100 stars I would! Ruple's Refrigeration Sales was recommended to me by my uncle who has done business with him for years. Well after meeting Mr. Ruple I understand why my uncle as well as my father & grandfather (who are both deceased) have done business with him for so many years. He is a gem! A hard-working, decent and just downright kind human being with integrity (all of which are so rare these days). I woke up on a Friday morning to find my freezer was not working properly...almost all of the content in my freezer was completely thawed and/or half thawed. I got in touch with Mr. Ruple early Friday morning and despite both of us having a very busy day he was able to work me into his schedule for a same day service call. He came out on Friday evening, diagnosed what he believed to be the issue (low on freon) and came back the following morning on a Saturday and fixed the issue. My freezer is working as it should again! His price was affordable as well which was another big plus. Thanks again Mr. Ruple! You are top notch! Hopefully I will not need to call you for my fridge again but I will be sure to recommend you to anyone I know in need of refrigerator/freezer service.”
