  I had a great experience with Spitzer and a young salesman Dylan. He went over and above my expectations of great customer service. They had just closed and I pulled in and was looking around for a truck. I turned around and there was Dylan. He saw me as he was leaving and made the extra effort to come ask me if he could help. I explained what I was looking for and he called me the next morning. Now I know this is a long review, but I want everyone to know that Dylan's superior customer service is the reason I went to Spitzer. Then working with his Manager and how he helped answer some important questions. I highly recommend going to Spitzer in Cuyahoga Falls, OH.

  I cannot say enough about how seamless my new car purchase was at Al Spitzer Ford! I purchased a new Ford Explorer and traveled 3 1/2 hours from my home to the dealership! Spencer Johnson was my salesman who was extremely knowledgeable, made the process so smooth and most importantly kind! Mike Stevens in finance was quick and friendly! I highly, highly recommend this dealership! I would travel the 3 1/2 hours again to purchase another vehicle. Hands down ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Had a great buying experience. Ordered my truck from Brandon who was easy to deal with and very straightforward. He kept me informed and didn't make any issue out of me bugging him for updates. Then he made the actual buying super easy. I don't buy many new cars, but when we're ready again, I'll try here first.

  Thank you Al Spitzer Ford and salesman Logan, Purchased my new Raptor over the phone from over 400 miles away. Easy pleasant transaction was the best experience I’ve ever had in purchasing a vehicle. Logan and the team went above and beyond for me and I am grateful for that.
