“I heard of Dr. Cseak through another mother just before my husband and I welcomed our fifth child. We had a rocky birth experience this time around so when we took our son in for his newborn check Dr. Cseak was very mindful of that and was very kind in talking me through some tears of regret. She is very thorough and listens to her paitents/patients parents. She is also incredibly available when compared to your run of the mill doctors office. She is kind and professional and my husband and I were very impressed. We are hoping to transfer all our care as a family to Dr. Cseak in the future. Also, my son needed a last minute follow up visit for a particular concern I had, she called me back right away and squeezed him in without question, checked him out and I didn't feel rushed. Thankfully all was well but it was nice to know I can call on Dr. Cseak when needed! Her office staff is amazing as well and follow up when they say they will. Overall an A+ experience!”

I can find most the necessities I need and I like a small store that's easy to get around and in/out. Lately though, cashiers 40+ won't greet you or say thank-you and I even got the heavy sigh when I stepped over to her counter. Customer service needs much improvement from the older women.”

“As a disabled person, it is common to feel like you’re the bane of a medical team’s patience, but this crew was wonderful. From letting us use the emergency exit (because it was closest to the handicapped ramp) to helping maneuver rooms to ones with the least steps, they were lovely and gracious. I definitely recommend them to anyone who feels unwelcome at their optometrist’s office due to limited mobility, you’ll feel welcome and cared for at this practice!”
