(January 28, 2020, 9:28 am)I had a tire puncture in the side wall, called the night it happened and followed up the next afternoon on my lunch break. I can't remember with whom I spoke, but he managed to get an exact replacement there within a couple hours and had it put on my Civic promptly. They got me out of a pinch in a timely way, and I appreciate that they were so helpful.
