(July 31, 2022, 8:34 pm)I'd like the preface this review by saying that I've been an LPN for 12 years now. I worked a shift here last night through a staffing agency as an LPN. The nurse I relieved thoroughly prepared me for the coming shift with a list of resident preferences, a quick tour of important locations, and potential complications that may arise during my shift. The night shift staff were incredibly helpful and provided great, compassionate care to the residents throughout the night. I will pick up shifts here in the future.

Culter here- I can say from experience that Heather Knoll is a step above a lot of other nursing homes. Pop stayed here for rehab and we were impressed. Tough time for medical field. Hope the staff sees this and knows some folks appreciate their hard work.
