“Great halls to rent! We went to a wedding here and it was just right! There was a decently sized kitchen with a full fridge. A door in the back of the kitchen to be able to bring everything straight in to the kitchen, so that was very convenient! Plenty of outlets and space on the floor foot tables. Also, a good amount of windows to keep it bright. I loved the lighting on the ceiling, however I didn't not like the "just open" bathroom next to the kitchen. It was unisex, No door, one stall, one toilet, one urinal. But one can deal with that. I definitely recommend!”

“The experience from start to finish was very good. The place was as described. We have a very large family and there was enough space to accommodate most of us. The house instructions were easy to understand and follow. There was one thing that was a little perplexing - the host seemed to assume that my adult son was leaving with the dustpan. He noticed something that needed to be swept after all the trash had been taken out. So he was walking to the garage with the dustpan so that we didn't dirty a new bag in the house. The host said something/asked about him 'taking' the dustpan. She wasn't rude at all but it was shocking and made for a very awkward moment. I think that we could benefit from some conversations on how to improve interactions like these. Despite this the overall experience is still a solid 5, I highly recommend the venue and we plan to utilize the space again in the future.”

“I love this place and would totally recommend. We have been to quite a bit of hotels, ranging from 3-4 stars and I would have to say that this place outclassed them all. The people here treat you like a friend and are so accommodating. No words can describe how comfortable they made us feel. This place is so clean, so big and the beds are so comfortable. You get free wifi, there is a pool, coin laundry, free breakfast and free movies during our stay. A huge bonus is that they are pet friendly as well (with a fee put to good use when you see how clean it really is) Parking is free as well. There are also lots of stores and restaurants nearby. “The room was very nice and clean. Location was great. There were a bunch of restaurants within walking distance. The staff was really great -- always friendly and greeting me. One, in particular, is the woman who I think was in charge of breakfast. She would always come around to make sure everything was ok. One morning, there was a gentleman in a wheelchair getting breakfast. She helped prepare his plate and even helped him with his food. I was very impressed by her above and beyond!”

“When I heard Red Roof Inn, I got a negative picture in my head but this was one of the best hotels I've stayed at in a long time that was in a normal persons reasonable budget. There were a lot of amenities that you would definitely miss if you didn't have. Great continental breakfast. Clean and comfortable rooms and wonderful water pressure.”

“After reading horror reviews about the hotel I was worried. I was surprised when I checked my room. It was clean. No mold, bugs, or stained sheets. I was told my room didn't have a fridge but it did and the A/C worked. There definitely was some unfinished parts of the room but overall for just having to sleep there it was fine.”

“From the inn, it is a short walk to Brandywine Falls. I was leery about the proximity to I271 but the road noise wasn’t bothersome at all. The Inn was wonderful. Again, I was hesitant to do a bed and breakfast style of lodging but we stayed in The Loft so we had our own entrance/exit. We chose to have breakfast delivered to our room. Katie and her employees were very sweet and welcoming. There were nice touches like the homemade reference binder on the coffee table and homemade preserves for breakfast. I made friends with the big long-haired orange (6 toed?) cat; it’s a good thing because he slept on our motorcycle seat that night and I thought it was funny even while I was cleaning the seat the next morning. Oh and there are sheep at the inn. Cuyahoga Valley National Park was beautiful. Do the Ledges Trail!”

“Not a bad location. Mexican restaurant next door. Room was clean - beds & pillows really comfy. Although the bed was super squeaky - it would have been annoying to anyone next to our room or below. Oh and we had a big ole spider in our room in the morning. Not sure where that came from?!? Breakfast- good - both hot & cold items. If you use the stairs instead of the elevator- Stairwell - painted & carpeted but, was in dire need of a good cleaning & vacuuming. Pool was small & nice - no hot tub.”

“We stayed at this hotel for three nights on our girls trip. The flowers were absolutely beautiful. Jim took great pride in taking care of them. Jim would sit and talk to us as though we were old friends. We also had a super nice evening desk clerk named Sandra. These two people made our trip worthwhile. They were both down to earth people. Sometimes when I go into motels the staff is horrible.( I have been to plenty being a travel nurse). All hotel staff should take lessons from these two on how to treat guests. Just because we are guests doesn’t mean we don’t like conversations or kind words. They really made our days brighter. If we are ever in the area again we will definitely stay here. The only thing we didn’t care for was the little pillows that were not good for the neck when sleeping. And the bedspreads were two different colors. Other than that no problems.”

Ryan's agency handled the claim seamlessly and we received great service from his staff as well as the repair shop he sent us to. Ryan and his staff are quick to respond, polite, knowledgeable and convey a sense of caring for their customers! Ryan's staff is very efficient on following up on things, like the good student discount. I've always found them to be helpful and accommodating.”
