Andi in motor clothes, gave us phenomenal service! She was exceptionally friendly, told us if we needed any additional help once we left to contact them. The best service we had all day, and we visited 7 stores in Ohio today.

Always a warm welcome here, along with great service whether it's apparel, sales, or parts and service. Knowledgeable staff makes shopping here a very enjoyable experience. Always look forward to my next visit!

Fantastic experience. Shawn my sales rep treated us as if we were the only customer he had (even though he sold another bike at the exact same time!)

Friendly staff in parts department. They took special interest in meeting my needs for. 2014 model. After researching the parts they matched cables and fittings to complete the job. 5 star,service as well on the Service Dept as we arranged for installation of the complete upgrade.
