They keep saying that they will get back to me and never do. Very Frustrating to have to keep asking if and when someone will be coming out. They are very helpful and friendly. If they did not have a sample of something you wanted to see they would try and get it, for us they got what we need before we left and they other sample was there the next day. “A couple of weeks ago I discovered that my brake lights were out. My regular mechanic couldn't fit me in so I started looking for a mechanic close to work and that's how I came across this place on Google. Shawn determined that it needed a new switch. It was an inexpensive fix, but unfortunately the part was only available at the Hyundai deal across town. Shawn had the dealership deliver the part to him because he didn't think it was safe for me to drive on the road. This was definitely above and beyond! He also made sure I got my car back the same day (I dropped it off at noon and by 4pm the part had been received and installed and it was ready for pick-up). It was awesome! Shawn is good at what he does, but what really impressed me was how well he kept me up to date with the progress of my repair and the extra effort he put in to get the part so I didn't have to drive it. He didn't even charge me for the time he spent tracking down the part. The customer service he provides really sets Shawn a part from other places I've been. I will definitely use him again and would recommend this place to anyone. I also like that they have a car pick up service within 15 miles of the shop.”
