“We are on our second house and any time we need a repair or service we call Gruter. They have always been prompt and any repairs were done quickly and efficiently. They made that trip and within a few hours our heater was back up and running. When we were considering a full AC and gas furnace replacement we requested bids from several companies. Gruter had the best prices and better equipment than a few big players in the area. Chris also worked to give me information and pricing on a geothermal system that was priced very similarly to the standard HVAC system. Removing and replacing incredibly old cast iron pipes that were leaking. A few days after the estimate the job was done in a visit that was literally only a couple of hours. He was prepared for the job, bringing what he needed with him and was courteous and very informative regarding the job he did. Then as we're wrapping up, he literally blows my mind... He said the job was a bit easier than he thought and dropped the price! That never, ever had happened to me before and I'm sure it will never happen again...
