“This was our first visit to a Menards, and our experience was pretty good! Large, beautiful store and expansive parking lot. Surprisingly large selection of a lot of things (light fixtures, bathroom sinks, outdoor furniture sets). I came for the garden center (of course) and it was both good and disappointing. For example, their selection of garden equipment was great (trellises, pots, soil amendments, garden decor, etc.), but their selection of food plants was incredibly disappointing. They only had a handful of berry bareroot plants (no potted established berry plants or any blueberry plants at all that I saw) and a few rows of veggies and herbs, 2/3 of which didn't look healthy (many were droopy, diseased, or just sad). I actually couldn't believe how bad the selection of plants was compared to the store size; it seemed off somehow. Otherwise, inside the store was so large it was almost intimidating and had a good selection. A lot of things had great prices, but other things were average to expensive. It seemed to depend on the item. The checkout lanes were backwards and really weird, likely due to selling lots of big clunky stuff. Menards was definitely an experience and we'll likely visit one again in the future.”

“We always. ALWAYS come to a Gold Star when we come up to Ohio for the holidays. Cincinnati Chili may not be everyone's favorite, but it's definitely a favorite of ours! This Gold Star in particular is probably the BEST location to come to. Our server Christie/(Christy?) was and is the most outstanding, kind, generous server we've ever met. Even remembering my mom and sister's faces, orders and what we came up here for two months back! Even with my Step-Dad and his sensitive stomach, he can't have Cincinnati Chili so he orders the burgers or something chicken-based. He still says it's pretty good for a little fast food joint. If you want to experience Cincinnati Chili the way it's SUPPOSED to be experienced? (No offense Skyline fans.) Come to this Gold Star in particular. You will NOT be disappointed especially not by their outstanding staff members. 5 stars and no less!”

“We love living at Alexander Pointe! Our apartment is so beautiful and we love the layout. One of my favorite features is having vaulted ceilings since we’re on the second floor; it opens up our space so much. The private entrances are a huge plus too. I was particularly impressed by the quick response time of maintenance; they have always responded within 24 hours to our requests. I’d also like to highlight Sam, the property manager. We had an issue with another resident letting their off-leash dog run up to our dogs. We contacted Sam, who brought each party into his office individually to get both sides of the story. I felt he handled the situation very professionally and we haven’t had any issues since. We had originally planned on living in an apartment for a year or two before buying a house. However, we love where we live so much, we decided we’re in no rush to buy a house and will probably be here for a few years.”

“As the name suggests this is best display of lights, activities and fun in winter with your coats on. Amazing lights decorated on most of the trees and rides of Kings island. They have some of the winter activities like skating, snow tubing etc. Make sure you have the proper winter gears as this is open till 10 PM. This is very fun and you feel like you are in holiday dreamworld. Make sure you be early so that you can cover all the activities and fun. Go and enjoy the holiday lights.”
