  I would 100% recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a car!! It was phenomenal customer service. I had Gilbert H as my sales person and he was AMAZING. He made the whole experience enjoyable and fun. He spends time getting to know you rather than just pushing a sale. This was my first time buying a new car and he made me feel less stressed about it. He helped me every step of the way to make sure I got the right car for me. Everyone in the building was very welcoming and excellent.

  Recently purchased a 2020 Palisade with help from Sean and James at Taylor Hyundai in Perrysburg! I had the best experience - and I can’t thank those guys enough! Sean was kind, transparent and understanding with me as I spent more of my time with him. James also showed patience and kind - they both made the car buying experience fun!
  
  Even after the purchase - they were available to answer questions and they made sure I felt comfortable in my vehicle. Sean took the time to go through every button and feature on the car - which was super nice as well.
  
  Andrew was great as well with educating me on warranties and being patient with my indecisive self as we finished up the financial portion of the purchase.
  
  Over all great experience and would highly recommend to anyone!

  Recently purchased a sonata from this location. This car buying experience was a first for me … So I was nervous upon walking in. Immediately greeted by Brandon, who made the whole experience not only effortless and stress free, but memorable. He really took the time to get to know me and show me respect for what I was looking for. There was no uncomfortable pressure being thrown onto me and he put me at ease. Got the privilege of test driving some vehicles with him as well, and his professionalism truly shined through.
  
  I can confidently say that my experience at this Perrysburg location could have NOT gone any better. Thanks for the whole team, but especially thanks to Brandon for being such a kind, patient, professional individual.
