Steve was my advisor at Perrysburg Volvo! He and the staff went over and beyond the call of duty to help me get my Volvo repaired and delivered it to my house in Bluffton Ohio! I was so impressed with Steve and the staff that I had Door Dash deliver them lunch from McDonald’s. I hope you all enjoyed it! I own two Volvos and love them both! Thanks again, Jerry Lewis

My mother in law has been a Volvo owner for over 20 years and as a loyal owner she is also very loyal to where she services her car. Yesterday she was having some issues with her key and stopped by Volvo of Perrysburg. Though this is not her normal dealer she will be utilizing them going forward. Her experience was beyond fantastic. Not only did the gentleman in Service (Stephen) give her a new key battery he also checked her tires at no charge. It’s nice to know a dealership isn’t looking to take advantage of people, especially the elder. She wanted me to write a letter to the owner, however I assured her this would be suffice.
