The application and lease transfer processes are so simple that I found it to be stress free. The apartments themselves are pretty spacious and have a nice layout, plus the staff has been adding subtle renovations to each apartment and the complex. The place feels tucked away from the city with all of the trees surrounding the property, yet is only a few minutes away from many restaurants, stores, and parks. For how affordable the apartments are, It’s easy to create a home here.”

They don't drag their knuckles returning your vehicle within a reasonable amount of time or in returning your phone calls about the status of your vehicle--very unlike the major repair shop around a mile away. No bs from the AAA shop at 2400 Sobeck Avenue-- a little hidden in the NE quadrant of the intersection at Winchester Pike and James Road (follow the first long driveway on the right headed north from Berwick Party House, but well worth the effort to find it)...they're A-1! Very clean shop, neat office, plenty of parking. and complimentary coffee. Highly recommended. FIVE STARS from us!”
