“Went into the branch as a new member and applied for a Auto loan, I talked things over with Rachel in loan services, although she never said I wasn't approved for the loan, she gave me advice on what I needed to do to get a better interest rate and why giving me a loan at this time might be biting off more than I could chew if something happened, I appreciate her honest opinion and recommend her values as a person looking out for me and other members. Even if I just pull up to the atm and pass by the drive through window on my way out she’ll wave and say hi. I’ve never had any issues with her, or any other employees there. She managed to get in touch with me because my aunt, who is also a customer there, left her walking cane at the Maumee branch. She tried my aunt but was unable to reach her. She reached out to me and all of it was taken care of!”
