“When I found myself unexpectedly needing a new (to me) vehicle, an online listing for a car similar in size and capability to the one I needed to replace led me to stop at Assure Autos on a Saturday morning. The staff there greeted me in a polite and friendly manner, then let me poke around looking at every car they had that I was both interested in and considered within my budget and let me test drive the one I chose with no fuss and no pressure to buy. When an issue came up with the car I wanted to buy, they informed me as soon as possible and were very accommodating in letting me check over the car again and then in letting me test drive a different car that I was interested in when I decided the first car was no longer a good option for me.
