Tim always answered the phone or promptly called me back and answered any questions I had. Handled insurance company with no problem (rental car, supplemental claim, etc) to make sure I was taken care of. When I got the car back it looked as good as it did when I took it off the showroom floor. They took the time to wash, wax, and seal the exterior and wheels, and even detailed the interior. Very thorough, customer satisfaction is very important to them and it shows. Highly recommend.”

There are 2 viewing decks and both are wheelchair accessible, as the path to those is flat. Nice place to spend some time listening and viewing the falls.
