“A line blew out and my little 1997 Ford Ranger was pouring out power steering fluid. I luckily was able to get it to Hay's. They were busy but were able to take the time to evaluate my truck and show me exactly what was wrong. They explained in detail what needed to be repaired as well as what they might find, or what could happen during the repair and gave me the "worst case scenario" estimate. They called me the next day, had my truck repaired and were able to save two parts they thought perhaps would have to be replaced, so my cost was far less than I expected and my truck was ready to go. It's running perfectly again now. The main thing I appreciate is their kindness, honesty and professionalism.
