“I had an issue with my truck recently on a trip out of state. I was able to get a hold of Mr. Queen, talked to him about my issue and advised I needed it fixed by Sunday. He said it was no problem. We communicated Via text throughout the ordeal because I was in a location with limited Cell phone. When I get back into town on Sunday the truck was repaired and up and running just fine. The price was on point if anything his labor may be too cheap. But this is a rear instance where the cheap labor was meet with quality and trustful work. I would recommend this shop to any. He only works night and weekends, which is the biggest down fall, so you need to time up the repairs where your vehicle might not be needed.”

“So far pretty good experiences. I got called from putting my old car on Kelly Blue Book online providing my information. They had exactly what I was looking for and immediately went up to test drive. I didn't actually have the car I was looking to trade, but they were still willing to start the sale, which was completed the very next day. It was a really quick easy buying process. I added window tint and rust coat proofing to my purchase and upon dropping my car off, I was provided with a very nice 2021 Tacoma as a loaner, which I almost liked better than my Camry TRD! When I picked my Camry up the next day, the window tint looked great but I didn't get a strip across the top front like I hoped. In setting up the window tint, it was just passed along from my car salesman, to maybe someone in service who then set it up with a local tint company. He just asked, what percent all the way around. I think had I went to a tint company myself, it would have been a bit more personable service and to my exact specification. I also don't know who did the tint, so hopefully if something bubbles, scratches or peels down the road, Summit will make it right. Aside the window tint, the rust coating left my car pretty messy. They didn't seem to take much care or time in a detail cleaning before giving me the keys. I had to ask someone to come take a look and then they took another 30 minutes to fix it. I appreciate them fixing, but still. I plan on taking my new car there for all services to maintain the warranty, but service didn't seem to be to helpful or personable. I ask a question and I'm told that I need to see my sales person, who has been hit or miss when I've stopped in. If I'm expected or going to be new repeat customer for retaining, I would expect them to be a little more clear and helpful in directing me to who and where I need to go for future service requests/questions. Retaining that relationship could be the difference of my next purchase down the road.”
