“Nolan rebuilt the transmission in my Ford Escape. He was able to get my car in the shop and start on it right away. The cost of the rebuild was comparable to other shops in Alliance. However, he gave a 60,000 mile warranty, which was considerably better than anywhere else. Nolan finished my car in the timeline that he gave. I mentioned that I was having to add coolant more frequently. He found the coolant leak and repaired that as well. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. I will definitely be taking my car back to Nolan for any future repairs.”

There was a small mix up between sales floor and warehouse in which we had to wait a few days to pick up our new machine. “I was a bit skeptical, but Ohio City came highly recommended, so I gave it a shot. I'm glad I did! It's a salvage yard in the middle of nowhere, so don't expect anything different. Ohio City serves a purpose, and does so well. The staff are professional in that they know what they are doing. Ron, behind the counter, is a perfect fit for who you'd hope to deal with. And, I got way more money for a gutted Honda Civic than I had expected. When you approach, pull your rig up on the scale along the right side of the building. Ron will say "okay" when it's time to pull around the building and be unloaded. Then it's back on the scale to get weighed out. Find a place to park out front, and go in through the man door by the scale to see Ron. I'm writing this detailed review, because it gives all the information I wish I had when visiting Ohio City the first time. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”
