“I was traveling through the area on the expressway when I got a flat tire. I've never been to Cleveland Ohio, I've never needed a repair on my car before and I was alone this past Saturday and scared as all get out. I was able to get a donut tire on my car but I had 8 more hours to travel and it would have been impossible for me. The car shop was closing in 1 hour and Frankie still took me in and helped me with getting a new tire. I also want to give kudos to the guy who did the replacement I didn't catch his name but he was ultra polite. I would recommend this shop to anyone.”

Since I was new to this I was so thankful that Floyd’s was handling my car because they made the process so easy. They contacted my insurance multiple times a week sometimes twice a day depending on the situation and they got my car back to me before my rental ran out. They did amazing work!!! I was able to talk to Aaron (the owner) on the phone to let him know what I heeded and he said he had the perfect place for me to get my job done.
