She got his shoe size which I wasn't sure about and then brought out several options that they had in stock to fit his foot and his needs. I ended up getting 3 pair, all of which I was confident were a great fit thanks to Sandi's help. It is a bit of a drive for me but worth the trip to ensure my son has comfortable shoes. Cindy and Rachel answered all of my questions and they made me feel valued, even though I am not a runner. I walked out with 2 pairs of shoes, socks and three of the Queen City Running t-shirts!!!! It also seemed like the shoppers here were more friendly with each other as I overheard a lot of side conversations. There was only one check out person and the line did grow a bit, but it wasn't too bad as people typically only had a few items and this was a Saturday. I think they had a few carts but most used baskets.”
