I've only had one bad experience where I ordered the Nike Air Max 2020 in a size 5.5Y and you guys sent me a 6Y box with one shoe being a 6Y and the other was a 6.5Y and it took over a month and a half for a refund but other then that I've always had a great experience. If you shop online sign up for updates they will text you when they have sales and it takes another 25% off already marked clearance items.
