Store employees are a little young and therefore that contributes to some aspects of the customer service, but in general, it’s usually a positive experience. This is the best CVS, as well. Great service. Overall, this store feels like a completely different chain than some of the older Targets in Columbus. Way more selection and items than the Polaris store. Everything is set up in such a great way - the design of the clothes section even got me buying Target clothes again.”

He really went above and beyond when my insurance kept on saying that I already had primary insurance in place to cover my prescriptions when I did not. And so my new insurance would not go through! He made sure that I would have enough meds to cover me through the long holiday weekend.And also was great with following up with the insurance company! He didn’t have to do that but he chose to and I love that! Will definitely use this pharmacy as long as I live in the area! Thank you so very much!”

Dr. Kollmann was so patient and caring with my 2 year old who was visibly unsure and nervous about the whole situation. Everyone at this office is so kind and caring and reassured me about my daughter. I couldn't ask for better care especially after such a traumatic experience with my daughter losing a tooth.”

“Not only does their Starbucks always make the best drinks, the employees here are DEDICATED to helping customers. For example, I asked for help finding an item and they couldn't find it so I said no worries and walked away (I wasn't in a hurry to get it). Almlst 10 minutes later, the employee helping me tracked me down to tell me they found a version of the item in the frozen section. The dedication to help even after the customer (me) had given up finding it- ! I'm impressed. I've had several other times here where the employees have taken several minutes out of their day to help me find some tricky item or another. They really do try to help you out here.”
