The therapy is excellent, they cover everything- things I need to do at home. They allow you get up and move, got to the bathroom. But they may go with you to make sure you’re okay. She completely understood my concerns regarding billing and test results potentially being shared with my invasive parents and helped me work around it via MyChart to protect my privacy as an adult. She took my family history seriously and ordered the tests I requested that typically fall outside a normal blood panel. Dr. McConnell took the trouble to get to know me and was always responsive when I messaged her with questions in MyChart. I ended up relocating after graduating college, and she even recommended a book related to history of my new city. I've been through 2 more PCPs since her, and none of them showed a fraction of the care Dr. McConnell showed me. I would go back to her in a heartbeat.”
