“After having total knee replacement, I chose to go to Sunbury Novacare for physical therapy. I received excellent care from Bryton during the rehabilitation process. I liked that this was a smaller facility providing a more personalized experience. Diana at the front desk was always cheerful and welcoming. Inshal, PTA, also provided excellent care on several occasions. The facility is clean and all of the staff members seem to care about their patients. Bryton created a fun atmosphere and I actually enjoyed going to physical therapy. I will definitely go there again when I have my second TKR!”

Other places told me I had to wait months for a new patent appointment and that, if before that appointment we needed something, we were out of luck. Sugarcreek Family Medicine not only got me on their schedule quickly, they were able to schedule me after school (as I am a teacher). I did have to wait a bit for my appointment, but I understood since it was the end of the day and NP Natalie Curry was apologetic about the wait. Even with her running behind, she spent her time with me and it did not feel rushed. She was very knowledgeable and was easy to converse with. The next weekend, before my son had even had an appointment with Sugarcreek Family Medicine, he got sick. When I called after hours (and out of state), Dr. Jeffries called me back and was able to help my son. I was so grateful for his patience, attentiveness, and helpfulness. I even got a personalized text after the call, reminding me of details of the call and wishing us a nice trip. What a great place!”
