“Highly recommend Dr. Tyson, excellent for infant care and reassuring for the parents too. Staff is great and it's easy to make appointments- I've scheduled in advance and also same day for illness. Facility is clean and bright. Minus one star for their long wait to get paperwork signed- if you forget to bring a childcare or school form during your visit, you have to drop it off and wait 5-7 days until someone will sign it and either mail it back or fax it. For one signature I think that's a long time when you are dependent on that form to get your child back in daycare or school. So beware...don't forget your form on day of appointment! Update- issue resolved in 24hrs for childcare form wait is not as long.”

It's very rigid when you are dealing with a time sensitive issue. The MyChart 10 minute late window is very unforgiving. Show up early. I wish they kept a half hour at the end of the day for make up appointments or if they get running late. Unless it has changed, if you need an appointment right away because you have the flu or sudden pain you have a better chance getting into an urgent care. I miss being able to see your regular physician for those issues.”
