“Presently uninsured I was searching for a dental cleaning I could afford. Not fancy office with massive tv in the lobby and new equipment to try out I just wanted a basic maintenance cleaning. This is my second time at Whitehall Alpha Dental and both times I was completely satisfied and at an affordable price compared to area dentists wanting alot more. Also, another "affordable" dental chain insisted I HAD to have x-rays, as a cancer survivor I choose when I get x-rays and that's not every cleaning, Alpha Dental accommodated my individual health preference and did not demand I have x-rays or not clean my teeth, as the other "A****" dental place did. Every doctors office has delays so I expect it but mine was very short. I will be back.”

“Well I used to see Dr Lenz 25plus yrs ago when she was on Cheviot Road in White Oak... I'm just not comfortable with most ppl and Drs. But I was immediately comfortable with her. When she smiles and laughs... you can tell it's genuine. She picked up on my fibromyalgia 25-27 years ago! I thought fibromyalgia was some sort of deadly disease becos it had just come out. She literally cracked up laughing when I said"omg! How long do I have doc?!" ? But consoled me immediately ? and assured me I'd be ok. ? Not only is she great--every Dr she referred me to was awesome...IE: Dr Saba...who wasn't bad to look at either when you're going under the surgical knife ?? She's back in Cincinnati but not taking new patients yet. ?? I prbly shouldn't be singing her praises until I can get back on with her but... she definitely deserves the compliments. Her location has great parking. It's easily accessible from 275... and is in a very nice and safer area. The Drs in this medical plaza usually run very quick and your wait time is short. Seating areas, bathrooms etc are all very clean and comfortable. Dr Lenz is also affiliated with the BEST hospital system in Ohio... the Mercy Health systems and hospital. And trust me... unfortunately I have alot of stupid health issues so I've become quite the expert on grading good and bad health experts...? When I say sum1 is great... they are excellent. When I have to say sum1 is bad...RUN! Cos I really do hate to complain. It has to be pretty bad before I do 1-3 stars... Thank goodness for internet reviews... right? Most of the time when I go on and try low rating establishment's... I wish I woulda listened to the Google reviews. ? Dr Lenz is one of the best Drs I've ever had in the 6 decades of my life...IF you can get in with her... you must be doing something right because it's a blessing. If you get in tell her you saw my rating... mayyyybe it'll get me in the front door? LOL at myself again.”
